SignalPop is a free news digest. We aggregate headlines from public RSS feeds, score them, and present them with optional AI-generated summaries. Every article links to its original source. We never copy full article bodies.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or hammer the Service in ways that degrade it for others.
• Try to bypass rate limits, security measures, or admin endpoints.
• Submit fake newsletter signups or use disposable inboxes to harvest mailings.
• Misrepresent SignalPop content as your own original reporting.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights.

Headlines, summaries, and AI-generated copy on SignalPop are provided as-is. We do our best to surface accurate, well-sourced reporting and to label uncertain or single-sourced items, but we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always check the original source before relying on a story for anything that matters.

Some content on SignalPop is generated or polished by AI. We apply guards (schema validation, source-attribution, sanitizers) to reduce hallucination, but we cannot guarantee zero errors. Methodology is documented at /about/methodology.

Subscribing is opt-in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time without giving a reason. We never sell or rent the subscriber list.

Headlines and source text remain the copyright of the original publisher; we display them under fair use as part of an attributed news index that links back to the source. Original SignalPop content (the Brief, the Bullshit Index methodology, widget copy, branding) is © SignalPop, 2026. You can quote and link to SignalPop with attribution; please don't republish in full.

Trademarks and logos shown on SignalPop belong to their respective owners.

SignalPop displays third-party advertising via Google AdSense and may display direct sponsorships clearly labeled "Sponsored." We do not endorse advertised products. Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site governed by its own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPop and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. If we are nonetheless found liable, our aggregate liability is limited to USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater. (You probably paid us nothing, which is fine — that's the model.)

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
