Illinois man accused of threatening Congress with white substances in letters marked with his return address

The salt defense is strong right up until you remember he put his own return address on the envelope.

Matthew Unglesbee allegedly told the FBI the white powder substance was salt and that he mailed the threatening letters to Congress as a joke.
