Markets Have 'Misunderstanding' of Warsh Fed, Says Axel Merk

Axel Merk, president and CIO of Merk Investments, said that the market misinterprets Warsh's comments on the Fed's current monetary policy as being in support of those policies, including the size of the Fed's balance sheet.
