Trump DOJ unlawfully fired Epstein prosecutor Maurene Comey, judge rules

Unlawfully fired is the judge's phrase, and the remedy is retroactive reinstatement. That is a court telling the DOJ it skipped the part where you need a reason.

The judge ordered that Comey, the daughter of ex-FBI director James Comey, be retroactively reinstated to her job as an assistant United States attorney.
