El-Sayed under fire for once signing letter urging Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood to ‘purge media and police’

Michigan Senate hopeful Abdul El-Sayed once signed a 2012 letter urging the Muslim Brotherhood, and its then-newly crowned President of Egypt, Mohamad Morsi, to "purge" the media and police.
