Iran says Strait of Hormuz will reopen if U.S. leaves region

Iran's offer is to reopen the strait once the Navy leaves, which is the one condition that makes it not an offer.

Iran said Friday the Strait of Hormuz will reopen if the U.S. leaves the Middle East, adding: "If it does not leave, we will expel it."
