Change is Top of Mind for Voters, Says Siena's Don Levy

Don Levy, director of the Siena Research Institute, said that while the Democratic party itself is not gaining in popularity, 'change' is what's on top of mind for voters, and 'they want their lives to be better' and see voting as a way to do that. Levy also discussed the fight for Latino voters in Texas and other sunbelt states and said that many voters believe that ICE tactics go too far. (Source: Bloomberg)
