Oasis Boosts Nidec Stake, Says It’s Now Largest Shareholder

Oasis Management Co. founder Seth Fischer said his activist fund has increased its stake in Nidec Corp. to become the largest shareholder, adding heft to its call for the troubled Japanese motor maker to consider a sale.
