Democratic governors should stop blocking education help

Late Friday afternoon, Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) opted into a federal tax credit scholarship program that could help families pay for tutoring, specialized services, reliable after-school care, technology, transportation, school supplies, or tuition.
