Mike Johnson says execution video could be ‘recruiting tool’ for terrorists

The policy implication of an execution video is that it exists. Johnson found the objection that lets him oppose it without saying he's squeamish.

“We’ve got to think through the policy implications,” the House speaker told CBS News, commenting on plans to live-stream the execution of the Fort Hood shooter.
