French presidential candidate Glucksmann says 'battle begins' to unite fragmented left

French presidential candidate Raphaël Glucksmann said Monday that the "battle begins" to revive the country's divided left ahead of the 2027 election. The EU lawmaker was elected Sunday as the centre-left candidate with more than 66 percent of the vote.
