India's 'cockroach' movement chief detained ahead of major protest

Police detained dozens of protesters, including movement leaders, in the Indian capital on Saturday as authorities deployed thousands of security personnel, suspended transport and telecommunications services, and imposed sweeping restrictions to thwart a youth-led demonstration demanding the resignation of the country's election chief.
