U.S. Border Patrol agents in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico worked alongside the Puerto Rico Police Department’s Fuerzas Unidas de Rapida Accion, a specialized tactical operations bureau formed in the mid-1980s and seized more than 560 pounds of cocaine on Monday. The maritime enforcement action resulted in the arrest of two United States citizens suspected of attempting to make landfall with the contraband.
