Brookfield to Buy ESR India Warehouse Parks in $444 Million Deal

Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. said it has committed 43 billion rupees ($444 million) to acquire and develop ESR India’s portfolio in its first deal for warehousing-focused real estate in the country.
