I've never really been able to do that whole counting sheep thing to get to sleep. Just doesn't work for me. Instead, my brain prefers to latch onto something embarrassing I said when I was 14 and then imagine what the people who heard that must think of me, conveniently forgetting that 15 years have passed since then and only I would ever remember such an inane moment of a life.
