Important Galactic Update: The Hybrid Programs and the Breakaway Populations - What you need to know Ismael Perez: In this Important Galactic Update, we explore the human–extraterrestrial hybrid programs, including accounts of genetic experimentation, contact experiences, multiple generations of hybrids, and the possibility that different extraterrestrial civilizations have participated in humanity's development. We also explore claims of a growing off-world population that exist throughout our solar system—from installations on the Moon and Mars to settlements and outposts throughout the asteroid belt and on the many moons surrounding Jupiter, Saturn, and the outer planets. These populations include humans originating from Earth, human-looking extraterrestrials, hybrids, and other intelligent civilizations operating within a much larger interplanetary community. Could disclosure eventually reveal not simply that extraterrestrial life exists, but that an entire off-world civilization has been developing alongside terrestrial humanity? Could some hybrid populations represent a bridge between Earth and civilizations beyond our world? And as disclosure progresses, could humanity discover that our solar system is far more populated than we have been led to believe? The greatest disclosure may not simply be the revelation of UFOs or extraterrestrial visitors. It may be the revelation that humanity is already becoming an interplanetary civilization—and that the human story extends far beyond Earth.
