NY's governor appoints special prosecutor in Cornell frat rape investigation

When the governor says she's lost faith in the local prosecutors, she's said it out loud, in public, about people who still have the file.

The governor said she'd lost faith in prosecutors overseeing the case and handed it over to New York Attorney General Letitia James.
