NFL picks 2026: Full list of Week 4 predictions with confidence levels

The weather is getting nicer and football is well and truly in the air as we near the end of the first quarter of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. The biggest surprise to date might be the 3-0 Raiders, who continue to find ways to win. At the same time, the 0-3 Texans, Chargers, and Buccaneers are all struggling to get on track. The Rams dropped to 1-2 and are traveling to Philadelphia this week. They are an incredibly talented team, but they’re struggling with consistency. This week, alongside Rams-Eagles, we get an unexpected battle of 3-0 squads with the Raiders hosting the Chiefs. Packers-Bucs offers a huge game for both squads with 1-2 Green Bay and 0-3 Tampa Bay needing a win to start getting on track. I’m struggling with my picks through the first three weeks. Two weeks ago I went 8-8 overall, and this week I went 7-9. I was 4-1 on my high confidence picks, but 1-3 on medium confidence and 2-5 on low confidence. The struggle is real! Just a reminder that I pick games straight up with winners and losers, but I also provide a confidence level. I’ll pick each game’s winner and slot the picks based on confidence levels — high, medium, low, and no. A game with three asterisks (***) after it indicates a game where I’m picking the betting underdog to get the win. Whether you have to assign confidence points or not, this will help you know where I’m standing with the picks. And within each group, I’ve ordered them based on confidence within the confidence level. As always for transparency’s sake, I’m a 49ers fan, so every week you should take that pick with a grain of salt.
