HPE Boosts Forecast on Positive Networking Outlook

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. boosted its networking revenue forecast and announced a $1.2 billion order from cloud company Vultr, giving fresh signals that it’s benefiting from the AI build-out. The company, which expanded its networking business by acquiring Juniper Networks last year, now expects that segment to range from the high teens to the low 20s in percentage sales growth during fiscal 2027. The company also gave a longer-range sales outlook in the high teens, with an operating margin target of as much as the high 20s. For more, we speak with Marie Myers, Chief Financial Officer at HPE.
