AMD acquires AI legend Fei-Fei Li's World Labs for $8.2 billion

AMD has agreed agreed to buy generative AI world model developer World Labs for $8.2 billion in stock. Legendary CEO and co-founder Fei-Fei Li will join the company as an executive vice president and chief scientist.
