Mediterranean diet linked to lower likelihood of acne in adults

According to new research from King's College London, adults who followed a Mediterranean-style diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy fats were less likely to report acne, particularly women. In men, diets lower in carbohydrates and higher in animal-based foods were linked to a greater likelihood of acne.
