The ‘sociopath’ behind the Philly house of horrors grabbed me when I was 9: ‘He looked very evil … he could have raped me’

Ashley Rivera claimed the man, she later identified as the self-described "sociopath" Raymond Horsch, called her sexy and grabbed her arm as he tried to lure her into his car at a 7-Eleven store opposite her home in March 2009.
