Once Sentenced to Death, Mary Jane Veloso Receives Pardon in the Philippines

Mary Jane Veloso was convicted of drug smuggling and nearly killed by a firing squad in Indonesia. On Friday, more than a decade later, she was pardoned in the Philippines.
