Amazon, Swiggy Among Firms Facing India Food Regulator’s Action

India’s food regulator has initiated penal action against online retailers Amazon and Flipkart India, as well as quick-commerce platforms Swiggy Instamart, Bigbasket and Zepto, over alleged misbranding and misleading claims, expanding its crackdown on product hygiene and labeling.
