The EU KIDS Act: What game developers need to know

On September 17, the EU Commission published a draft for the proposed EU KIDS Act – which stands for Keeping Internet Digital Spaces Accountable and Trustworthy. The most controversial stipulations only apply to social networks and video sharing platforms, and include a ban for under 13s and restrictions for under 15 year old kids.
