Trover Saves The Universe Has Completely Vanished From The Switch eShop

In the words of Trover: "Are you f***ing serious?". Multiple games have already been delisted from the eShop in 2026, and the latest one to reportedly go missing is the comedy adventure Trover Saves The Universe. Developer Squanch Games (also known for High On Life), founded by Rick & Morty co-creator Justin Roiland, has apparently shared no notice about the removal of the 2019 release. However, there does seem to be some evidence on Steam database 'SteamDB', which shows the following line "app_retired_publisher_request", suggesting it's game over.
