Justice Department indicts former postal worker for tossing out mail-in ballots in Utah

The Justice Department (DOJ) unsealed an indictment Tuesday accusing a former U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employee of throwing out around 300 mail-in ballots in Utah. A federal grand jury indicted 34-year-old Damon Matai Seei, of Payson, Utah, last Wednesday on one count of unlawful secretion, destruction, and delay of mail, according to unsealed court records.…
