Trump 'Came Off Looking Desperate' in UN Speech, Says Brett Bruen

Brett Bruen, president of the Global Situation Room and former Obama administration official, said that Trump's speech at the UN General Assembly 'came off looking desperate' and was not indicative of a White House that is offering diplomacy from a position of strength.
