JPMorgan, Santander Lead £1.1 Billion Loan for Drax Solar Deal

Banks including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Banco Santander SA are leading a debt financing of more than £1 billion to fund Drax Group Plc’s purchase of renewable energy company Bluefield Solar Income Fund.
