House to leave early, halting Hegseth impeachment vote until after midterms

House lawmakers will leave Washington early for the last time before the November midterm elections, after GOP leaders said they were canceling the votes session they had scheduled. This comes as the House was set to vote on the possible impeachment of Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. NBC News' Julie Tsirkin has the latest from the Capitol.
