Myles Garrett injury: Rams star placed on IR after knee surgery

Now we have a clearer understanding of why. According to Tom Pelissero of The Ringer, Garrett will undergo arthroscopic surgery on the ailing knee. In addition to returning to the United States after traveling to Australia, the Rams face the New York Giants, the Denver Broncos, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Buffalo Bills over the next four games. Those four offenses could present some problems for the Rams without Garrett. Of course, Los Angeles might get help in the form of Aaron Donald during this stretch.
