Europe takes Solheim Cup after thrilling Sunday singles action

While that sounds like they haven’t won it in a long time the Europeans, like their Ryder Cup counterparts, have dominated the most recent history of the Solheim Cup with 4 wins in the last 5 playings of the competition, now officially. Sunday did indeed begin tied between the two sides and ultimately ended with a 15-13 score, proving how dramatic of a finish this whole thing was. Thankfully the Presidents Cup will be rolling around in a couple of weeks, and several of the players from this Solheim Cup will be a part of the new WTGL venture in a few month’s time.
