Pumitamig plus ifinatamab deruxtecan shows encouraging early activity in small cell lung cancer

The investigational combination of pumitamig and elfetabart drozuntecan (elfe-D) demonstrated a manageable safety profile and encouraging early antitumor activity in patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC), according to first clinical data from the ongoing Phase Ib/II BNT324-01 trial presented at the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC).
