Supreme Court blocks Missouri’s attempt to use newly drawn GOP congressional map

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday blocked an attempt by a Republican state official in Missouri to use a newly drawn GOP congressional map for this year’s elections.
