Banks Offer €2.8 Billion Debt Sale for Nestle Water Buyout

Lenders including Bank of America Corp. and Deutsche Bank AG have launched a €2.8 billion ($3.3 billion) debt sale to help finance Platinum Equity’s purchase of a stake in Nestle SA’s water business.
