AgBank, ICBC Plan Private Placements of Up to $38.7 Billion

Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. plans to raise up to 160 billion yuan ($23.8 billion), while Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd. is targeting 100 billion yuan in separate A-share private placements, according to Shanghai Stock Exchange filings.
