Germany's anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD) party is aiming to become the first far-right party to take power at a state level since World War II as voters in the eastern German state of Saxony-Anhalt head to the polls Sunday. While AfD remains comfortably ahead in the polls, a failure to secure an absolute majority may see the politically isolated party struggle to form a government.
