ATLANTA, GEORGIA - JANUARY 4: Bijan Robinson #7 of the Atlanta Falcons reacts following the Falcons 19-17 victory over the New Orleans Saints at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on January 4, 2026 in Atlanta, United States. | Getty Images Welcome to fantasy football draft weekend! We have printable PPR drafting tiers and today you’ll get printable overall rankings for you and your kin as you get your rosters set for the 2026 NFL season. We’ve had some injury news trickling in. We also have some injury and suspension news we continue to wait on. Going into your draft you’ll want the latest on some of these injuries and suspensions, so we’ve got that below, along with a downloadable link to my overall PPR rankings for 2026! Quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs Mahomes is ready to go after tearing his ACL last season. How effective he’ll be has yet to be seen, but we can also expect a more run heavy offense than in years past. The team is going to use Kenneth Walker as a three-down back, and he should be much more effective than the backs the Chiefs have thrown out there in recent memory. Michael Penix Jr., Falcons Penix Jr. is back practicing and as soon as he’s ready we’d expect him to take over the starting job again. Until then expect Tua Tagovailoa to lead the way. Most reports this summer have not been positive surrounding Tua’s play, but hopefully he can continue his short area accuracy and get the ball to Bijan Robinson and Kyle Pitts on quick hitters and check downs. Running backs Josh Jacobs, Packers Jacobs has been put on the NFL’s exempt list to start the season as they investigate his off season domestic abuse allegations. This gives the league a fairly wide range of options. They could keep him on the list all season or they could give him a shorter suspension of an undetermined length. I see no reason to draft him at this point. Of course he could fall to the 12th or later rounds and he’d probably be worth grabbing, but I’d rather take my risk on the likely starter, Marshawn Lloyd. Ashton Jeanty, Raiders Jeanty sprained his ankle in practice and is trying to get back for week 1. The team seems to feel good about rookie RB Mike Washington, so I wouldn’t expect them to push Jeanty at all. I’d probably feel a little better if they were extra cautious to start the season, but we’ll see where he is in the final week of practice. Download the SB Nation app today! Zach Charbonnet, Seahawks Charbonnet landed on the PUP list which will keep him out at least four games. His return is unknown, but report have been mostly positive. It wouldn’t be a huge surprise if he returned after those four games, but it would be surprising if he came out in Week 5 as a big contributor. Jadarian Price has the draft capital and lead role at the moment and if he can do well on the field to start, that would help solidify his touches ahead of Charbonnet’s return. Jeremiyah Love, Cardinals Love has a reported high ankle sprain, but it appears he has a 50/50 shot to play Week 1. I wouldn’t bank on that, as high-ankle sprains are tricky, but he’s not starting the season on PUP and we should expect him back sooner than later. Until he returns, Tyler Allgeier will lead the way. Keaton Mitchell, Chargers Mitchell is currently sidelined with an unknown injury. His status for Week 1 appears to be in question. He wasn’t put on the PUP list, so they must feel confident he won’t need to miss four games, but until we know more, it is tough to evaluate. Jonathon Brooks and Chuba Hubbard, Panthers Brooks is finally back after two lost seasons to injury, which is great! But, at this point there is no clear leader between these two backs, but both seem relatively healthy and both should see work. The team really trusts Hubbard, so Brooks will need to play well to take over as the clear lead back. Isiah Pacheco, Lions Pacheco landed on the PUP list with a back injury and will miss at least four games. Rookie Jacob Saylors has won the No. 2 RB job behind all world Jahmyr Gibbs and is worth grabbing as a handcuff as Pacheco’s return isn’t set in stone. TreVeyon Henderson, Patriots Henderson is dealing with an ankle injury that has kept him out of practice for a couple weeks. News on the severity hasn’t been released, but he wasn’t put on the PUP list at the very least. It appears his status for Week 1 is in danger, but he could show up at practice on Monday ready to go for all we know at this point. Kyle Monangai, Bears Monangai is dealing with a knee injury that has him considered week-to-week. His availability for Week 1 is in question at this point. D’Andre Swift should see a bit of an increased role, but he was already in line for the lead back job as it is. Wide Receivers Luther Burden, Bears Burden’s groin injury appears to be past him. His upside this year is huge, so don’t let him fall too far in your drafts. Malik Nabers, Giants Nabers has returned to practice as he recovers from his ACL injury. At this point he is on track to play Week 1 as long as he has no setbacks, but we can’t be sure he won’t be on a snap count as he is eased back. Emeka Egbuka, Buccaneers Egbuka is dealing with a toe injury, which the team isn’t giving much information. If it’s turf toe, there is reason for concern, but his practice status next week will tell us the most. For now, he’s not on the PUP list and should be ready to go sooner than later, but there is some concern there. Jordyn Tyson, Saints Tyson wen’t on the PUP list so will miss the first four games with a hamstring injury. I wouldn’t want to count on him until closer to mid-season. His upside is great, so if you have an IR spot, throw him on it. Alec Pierce, Colts Pierce is back and practicing after dealing with an ankle injury this summer. This is great news, as Pierce is going to be a big part of this Colts offense and has shown great big play ability. Mike Evans, 49ers Evans has missed time this preseason with an abductor injury, but it looks like they were just being cautious, as he’s returned to practice now that the team is ramping up for the Australia game on Wednesday. He remains an injury risk, but when healthy, he should be solid in the 49ers offense. Tight ends George Kittle, 49ers Kittle has made a fairly miraculous recovery from the Achilles injury he suffered at the start of this year! He’s traveling with the team to Australia and could play Week 1. His age, injury, and quick recovery are all a little concerning, but if he’s out there, he’s a tight end starter in fantasy. Tucker Kraft, Packers Kraft has had a longer time to recover from his knee injury suffered last season than Kittle. He should be ready to go Week 1. He has tremendous upside if he can look even close to his hot start last season. Printable Overall Rankings: PDF Overall Rankings: Google Doc
