Nepal Floods: Survivors hauled to safety with makeshift zip line

Nepali authorities have erected a makeshift zip line to help stranded residents travel across the swollen waters of the Trishuli river after last week’s deadly flash floods swept away bridges, leaving them cut off from the outside world. Some were in need of urgent treatment, medicines, food and other essentials.
