You don’t have to live in Tennessee to get a Dolly Parton license plate – but you need to act fast

ONE state is honoring Dolly Parton with a commemorative license plate - and you don't need to live in Tennessee to get one. Proceeds for the plate will go towards funding the Imagination Library, Parton's nonprofit that distributes children's books.
