Florida monster who slaughtered teen girl scheduled to be killed — 14th execution this year

Harold Gene Lucas, 74, was scheduled to be put down with a three-drug cocktail at 6 p.m. at Florida State Prison near Starke at 6 p.m.. The decrepit killer was convicted of the 1976 murder of Jill Piper, 16, after she swatted away his romantic advances.
