Police fatally shoot woman who stabbed two people in Times Square

Pamela Cisneros, 49, was wielding two knives when she stabbed a woman, who died in the hospital, and a man New York City police shot and killed a woman Monday after she stabbed two people in Times Square, city authorities said during a press conference.
