Nepal: A newly formed lake is sparking fears of more flooding along the Chinese border

Rescue operations are continuing after the devastating Nepal-China floods, but authorities have ordered emergency teams to stay on high alert as a newly formed upstream lake threatens to burst and trigger fresh flooding.
