Apollo Buys Into Atlantic Aviation at Near $10 Billion Valuation

Apollo Global Management Inc. is acquiring a co-controlling stake in Atlantic Aviation from rival KKR & Co. that values the private jet fixed-base operator at nearly $10 billion.
