Canada issues retaliatory tariffs of up to 50 percent on U.S. imports

Fifty percent tariffs each way, and somehow neither government picks up the tab.

The new tariffs to come Sept. 8 come after U.S. tariffs against Canada implemented after the collapse of trade talks.
