Supreme Court allows White House ballroom construction for now

The Supreme Court ruled Friday that construction of the White House ballroom can move forward for now. Chief Justice John Roberts paused a lower court order that said work on construction above ground needed to stop by midnight tonight. NBC News' Monica Alba reports.
