OVER 90 million acres of land will be open to hunters and anglers under a massive shift towards deregulating public lands. The new rules will allow for 1,500 more spots to hunt and fish in wildlife refuges. More than 95% National Wildlife Refuge System lands, or about 90 million acres, are already available for hunting....
