Shein Seeks to Attract Boyu, UBS as IPO Cornerstone Investors

Asian private equity firm Boyu Capital and an asset management arm of UBS Group AG are among firms in talks to become cornerstone investors in Shein Global Holdings Ltd.’s Hong Kong initial public offering, people familiar with the matter said.
