Vagrant accused of randomly stabbing NYC tourist at ‘murder McDonald’s’ charged with attempted murder

The knife-wielding nut, Juan Mercedes, 25, accused of stabbing 19-year-old tourist twice at a midtown Manhattan McDonalds around 2 a.m. Monday was arraigned on a slew of charges Tuesday — including attempted murder.
